Yoga Group
Move In Silence is a group of individuals who come together to practice their own self-guided movement in quiet community. You will spend 50 minutes moving as you wish and end with a 10 minute guided meditation lead by Sarah. Group size is limited to 16 people so please RSVP using the form below!

FAQ
Is this a class? Do I need to be good at yoga?
No! Move In Silence is about moving at your own pace, following your own practice. Instruction is not provided but hand outs with common yoga sequences will be available if you’d like inspiration.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself and your yoga mat! Blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps will be available to use at the studio.
Will I need to be social?
No! Sarah will say hi when you arrive and lead the meditation at the end. There is no pressure to chat or socialize.
Will there be music?
No, this is a quiet space except for the guided meditation at the end.
Do I need to pay?
This group is hosted in the spirit of generosity, you do not have to pay to attend. If you would like to make a $5 or $10 donation to help fund the group, please bring cash or venmo.
